Drag Race your Street Car or Drag Car, Do it
SAFELY and LEGALLY at Benaraby Raceway. All you need is a
MECHANICALLY SOUND VEHICLE, LONG PANTS and LONG SLEEVE SHIRT ,
Closed in SHOES and an approved HELMET, a DRIVERS LICENCE, Bike
riders need gloves. Entry Info$35 to race plus $15 for ANDRA
day licence. Spectators $10 entry for adults $5 entry
members.

Just a reminder that the new helmet rules will
be enforced on the 1 September at Benaraby Raceway. Please ensure
your helmet complies with the below standards otherwise you will not
be able to compete after the 1 Sept. 08.

Helmets
All helmets need
to be less than 12 years old from Date of Manufacture AND meet one
of the following Standards:
SNELL SA2000
SNELL SA2005
SNELL 2000 / 2005
SNELL M2000
SNELL M2005
BS
6658-1985
SFI 41.2A
SFI 31.2A
AS/NZ 1698:2006
If
your helmet does not have proof of compliance you will need to get
another helmet BEFORE you can race after the 01/09/2008.
